Professional: In 1986 Dennis obtained his Salespersons license by the California Department of Real Estate and his Brokers license in 1991. As the Broker of Record with the California Department of Real Estate, it is Dennis responsibility to ensure Stratis Financial fulfills it regulatory obligations and adheres to guidelines established by the State of California and the Federal Government.
Having received a combined degree in Economics and Political Studies from Pitzer College in Claremont, California in 1984, Dennis has spent his time since in lending and real estate. This background provides him with tremendous experience with which to provide solutions to his clients lending needs. Well known throughout the Long Beach real estate community for his honesty and communication skills, Dennis has built a very strong business base of real estate professionals and past clients. His approach to every new client is to provide as much information about the lending and home buying process as possible so his clients can make informed decisions when determining what type of mortgage to pursue. Dennis prides himself on having virtually no loans declined because he thoroughly prepares borrowers prior to their searching for the right home to buy, and his ability to deliver on funding mortgages for which he says they qualify.
